- All food handling units including relabelled and repackers: In excess of 100 kg/ltr to2 MT/day with the exception of grains, oats, and heartbeats processing units.

Expenses for State Permit
New Permit
- Over 1 MT/day creation – Rs 5000/year.
- 10,000 to 50,000 liters of milk each day Or 501 to 2500 MT of milk solids per year, or Rs 5000 per year.
- Under 1 MT of Creation – Rs. 3000/year.
- 2.5 MT of milk solids per year, or 501 to 10,000 Ltrs of milk each day, or Rs. 3000 per year.
- Inns up to 4 stars – Rs 5000/year.
Restoration of Permit
The charges for the re-establishment of a permit rely upon the number of years chosen.
Adjustment of permit
The expenses for change of the permit are charges for one (1) year per permit adjustment.
